Blackbrine's Soul-Pearl- Title: Scourge of Blackbrine (+1 Dexterity)
Quest dialogue (spoilers)
Offer
Blackbrine marooned me. Said I'd eaten his parrot. I never! ...Well. It was already dead. Mostly. Point is, I know where he keeps his hoard: in his own cabin, under his own boot, the greedy old eel. You kill him, I'll show you the way in, and we split it. Eighty-twenty. You're right, you're right, I'm being greedy. Seventy-thirty. Fine. Take the lot. Just let me watch.
While in progress
He fights dirty and he fights loud. When he roars for his crew, kill the crew first. Trust Wim.
On completion
He's DEAD! Blackbrine's dead and I'm alive, and who'd have bet on that? Not me! Here: something I lifted from the old devil years back, and the parrot he swore I ate. Turns out she was hiding: in his soul-pearl, the old devil bound her to it so she'd never leave him. Here's the pearl. She's yours, if she'll have you.
