Scroll of the Yeti
Consumable
Adds (or rerolls) an Ice Resistance % affix on a non-unique armour piece. (Enchanting was removed in v1.0.31 — this scroll does nothing.)
Copied from a page Ilsaveth left at the beacon. The copyist's hand shook with cold.
